Safety is not an inconvenience imposed by the Government or our Customers, it is a priority that guides our operations. KODA has, and continues to educate, train and prioritize safety as a way of daily business.
KODA Rathole values the protection of human life and considers it our number one priority. While meeting basic OSHA standards, Koda Rathole has also implemented safety measures beyond those required, to ensure the safety of all employees on any jobsite we are conducting business.
Our employees are responsible for communicating safety rules and standards to all visitors and contract employees. KODA has an Operations and Safety Plan as well as a Job Site Safety Standards plan. Along with normal issues such as PPE, first-aid and driving safety, KODA has CHOSEN to implement procedures above what is required by OSHA.
